Form to use on 2025 when buying Generic items
Hello!
Happy New Year to all.
Attached is awarded items to bids 24-013 Janitorial Supplies & 24-014 Paper Products, Trash Liners, and Kitchen Supplies for the year 2025 along with contact information for each vendor. Please make sure to include all stock numbers to respective items being purchased along with the exact description as shown on bid analysis. When items are being requested on requisitions please reference the bid number in the justification area of the requisition so that it can be tracked on all P.O.’s. If you have any questions please feel free to contact the purchasing department and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Additionally,
• We have revised our property form to better serve us during auction times.
• We have also combined the in-house, fringe, and reimbursement form into a multi-purchase request form, to eliminate multiple forms.
Please make sure to download these forms and utilize for the year 2025.
